Order Processing and Shipping
Once the order is confirmed, we will process and ship it within 3 business days. Customers can choose standard or expedited shipping service when placing an order. All estimated delivery times are for reference only, and the actual delivery time may be affected by logistics conditions.
Return and Exchange Policy
We support unconditional returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. The returned goods must be unused and packaged intact. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless it is due to defects in the product itself.
